Scenic river view from rooms.

Unfortunately, the layout of the room was very awkward, lacking any privacy for the shower area. If you're with family or friends, it can be quite uncomfortable since the bathroom design does not offer sufficient separation. Additionally, opening the heavy doors was an everyday hassle, and I had issues with ventilation, resulting in a humid room and the smoke alarm going off.

We were initially placed in a room with a horrible smell, but thankfully transferred to a much better one. The air conditioning was noisy but the updated room made for a more pleasant stay.

I had an lovely stay! The rooftop bar served up amazing views of the river, especially at sunset, while I sipped on a good cocktail. My room was a stylish King Room with City View and boasted a comfy bed that felt just like home-finally, a hotel mattress that didn’t leave my back aching!

Total chaos at check-in

Had a really frustrating experience. I was stuck waiting forever to check in, while other guests breezed past me. The front desk was a mess, and it felt like no one was in charge. The room itself was nice, but management was nowhere to be found. Definitely not worth the hassle!

The accommodations at Aloft were excellent, perfectly suited for my business trip. The room was well-decorated with modern furnishings, and the location was fantastic, right near the downtown riverfront. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge after a long day of meetings.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the hotel is right on the boardwalk with easy access to local attractions like the train museum and offers great amenities including a nice pool table in the lobby. plus, it's only 10 km from the nearest airport.
